If you’re looking to achieve that summer glow, grapefruits can help you with that too. A lot of people add grapefruit to their skin routine since it’s so high in antioxidants, it makes your skin brighter and more radiant. They also contain Lycopene, which helps reduce your skin’s redness as well as evening out your skin tone.

Yes- avocados are technically a fruit, even though some people still can’t believe it. Avocados have a huge list of health benefits that’ll definitely convince you to eat more of them so you can feel your best all summer. They can improve digestion, decrease the risk of depression, and protect against cancer.

They are the only fruit that contains a substantial amount of healthy monounsaturated fatty acids. Avocados are nutritionally dense and contain 20 vitamins and minerals such as vitamins C, E, K, and B-6.

If you’re not a big fan of the taste, there’s another way you can still get the benefits from avocados if you add them to your skincare routine. Avocado oil does wonders for the skin. Not only does it moisturize, but it also reduces some of the symptoms from eczema and psoriasis. It also works great to prevent and treat acne. Did you know it can also be used to treat sunburn?
